ASSISTANT DIRECTORBen Larson Ben is one of two Assistant Directors at Rainbow Trail. He is integral in the organization and planning behind RTLC’s Compass Points Adventure Programs and Day Camp Ministry. Ben’s knowledge, experience and passion for Christ and Outdoor Ministry shine through as an Assistant Director at RTLC. |
SITE MANAGERNick Ehrhardt Nick Ehrhardt is a Colorado native and a lifelong camper and staff member at RTLC. However, most recently, he and his wife Jessica have been living in Berkeley, CA where Nick has been studying at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary. He comes to Rainbow Trail with a diverse background including working in various construction trades, as a youth director, as a rock climbing guide, and as an aspiring theologian. Nick joins the Rainbow Trail team as Site and Facilities manager, excited to bring his passion and creativity to the role of shaping and supporting the Ministry and Mission of Rainbow Trail. |

FOOD SERVICE MANAGERChris Seaman Chris comes to Rainbow Trail with a lifetime of food preparation experience. She heads up all aspects of meal preparations and food ordering. |
PROGRAM ASSISTANTLuke Hollander Luke is one of our Program Assistants for the ’11-’12 retreating season. On weekends, Luke and Emily help host retreat groups, and during the week, they focus on office and maintenance work. |
