LODGING OPTIONS
BRISTLECONE LODGE
Our most popular choice for retreat lodging. Bristlecone (BC) can comfortably house 20-30 adults, and 30-50 youth, in comfortable suite style rooms that share a full bathroom with the adjacent bedroom, and two upstairs “party rooms”. Nine rooms on the main floor, have twin bunk beds and one full size bed. The tenth room holds a queen size bed. The upstairs “Party Rooms” are dorm style rooms, sleeping up to ten on bunk beds. The party rooms each have their own bathroom and closet space. The main room of BC can be used as a meeting room or informal gathering space and has a TV/DVD. BC also features a wood-burning fireplace and cozy sitting area where you can read a book or enjoy good conversation with your retreat companions, a lovely kitchenette where you can make a cup of coffee or tea, and a new spacious deck, perfect for use as a meeting space on a sunny day.
GOLDEN BANNER
Perfect for small groups, Golden Banner is centrally located, so you’ll never miss a beat! This heated two-room cabin holds a total of eighteen people, and each room has its own bathroom facilities. Meeting spaces are available in a variety of locations in other building. Golden Banner is also wheelchair accessible.
HEATED CABINS
Single room heated cabins hold 10-16 people. Guests in these cabins use a central shower facility, conveniently located among the cabins. Meeting spaces are available in a variety of locations in other building. The heated cabins are available from September to May and there is no minimum number of people required for renting Heated Cabins if another group is using Rainbow Trail.
JUNIPER APARTMENT
This cozy apartment is an ideal space for individuals or families. With a cozy living area, kitchenette, and full bath it is a great place for a personal study or reflections retreat. Two bedrooms can house up to 6 people, 1 bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two sets of bunk beds.
MEETING SPACE OPTIONS
Columbine Lodge Great Room
A warm, bright, and wonderful naturally lit room that can comfortably hold up to 40 people. It has a stone fireplace, and a coffee bar an is located in RTLC’s main building making it an excellent place to gather. This space also makes a great worship space.
Columbine Lodge Conference Room
A small meeting space on Columbines main level, it can comfortably hold 16 people.
Columbine Lodge Indoor Chapel
Located in the basement of Columbine Lodge this multi-purpose space can comfortably hold up to 40 people for meetings. With a carpeted floor, fireplace, and multiple lighting options it is a great place to meet if you are planning multi-media presentations. This is also an excellent place for worship, especially quite, meditative services.
Columbine Lodge Compass Points Room
A great place for arts and crafts activities, or break out space for larger group, this well lit room in Columbine’s basement can comfortably hold 20 people.
Holling Lodge
This large space can comfortably hold up to 60 people and is great for meetings or indoor recreation activities. It offers a fireplace and is another space that is great for multi-media use. A coffee bar can be set up in this space if desired.
Outside Spaces
A number of outsides spaces exist from campfire circles with log benches and the Outdoor Chapel with amphitheater style seating, to the Ball Field with its wide open space for play. Please ask us for details about these spaces, the Fircle, Outdoor Chapel, Chapel of the Pines, Ball Field, and the Pavilion.
