Nick Ehrhardt is a Colorado native and a lifelong camper and staff member at RTLC. However, most recently, he and his wife Jessica have been living in Berkeley, CA where Nick has been studying at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary. He comes to Rainbow Trail with a diverse background including working in various construction trades, as a youth director, as a rock climbing guide, and as an aspiring theologian. Nick joins the Rainbow Trail team as Site and Facilities manager, excited to bring his passion and creativity to the role of shaping and supporting the Ministry and Mission of Rainbow Trail.

On weekends, Emily and Steve help host retreat
groups, and during the week, they focus on office and
maintenance work.

Emily (Tarrant) and Roxy (Jarvis) are, without
a doubt, part of the Rainbow Trail Staff.
They
are responsible for leading activities including "Fetch," "Chase
Me!" and "Scratch My Belly!"
