2012 Charter Reservation Form

Please fill out this form completely and click the “send” button.  Your reservation will be sent to Rainbow Trail staff who will contact you within 2 business days to finalize your reservation and send you a contract.  Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis, and weeks can not be guaranteed until a Charter Contract has been sent to you.  We look forward to serving you!
