About Angela
Angela Tarrant moved to Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp with her husband, John in the spring of 2000. They have one daughter Elizabeth, age 16. Angela works as supervisor of Microbiology at Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center in Salida and also homeschools Elizabeth. Angela’s passion is photography, videography, and woodwork. She also loves traveling with John and Elizabeth. She and John especially enjoy extended motorcycle trips.

Project Info.
After living at RTLC for several years, it became apparent that a written document preserving the stories and photographs of the camp needed to be compiled. Angela has written a history book covering 50 years of the camp. There are also stories about the Rainbow Lake Club, its owners, and how it came to be purchased by the Rocky Mountain Synod. The book contains numerous historical photographs, brochures, advertisements, and quotes that capture the rich history of Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp.

Where to get it and signing.
The book can be purchased at the 50th anniversary gala celebration on February 17, 2007, at Invesco Field. A book signing will be part of the gala celebration. Copies will also be available at Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp in the Pop Shop or Online Store.
